Wahat al Zaweya project covers the construction of a mixed–use development spreading over a land area of 22,700,000 sq. m. The project is being developed in 3 phases where phase 1 covers the infrastructure works, phase 2 covers the construction of 749 villas divided into: Aryaf villas, consisiting of 217 villas, Nassayem Villas, consisting of 336 villas and Waha Living, consisting of 196 villas. Phase 3 scope is yet to be revealed.

The site will occupy a total land area of 22.7 Km2, this location is approximately 2.5km south of Al Faqa and approximately 9 Km north of Al Hayer, the project will be composed of 4200 small villas, 1800 large villas, 4 special villas, desert resort, mosques, school, supporting retail, clinics, libraries, youth center, women’s center, parks, ecological protection zones, open spaces, landscaping, internal roads and infrastructures.
